When I try to meditate there comes lot of thoughts like the pending works and reminders, and the thoughts are changing with such a speed that I can’t even count or understand the amount of thoughts I am having. Thoughts related to the pending works and duties makes me anxious so I can’t concentrate on the process of meditation and I am easily distracted.
