What are some great to-do list habits for full-time students?

Set time to study
Set time for gym it clears the mind and heals the body
Go for running or go on a walk
Always create a to do list the night before the next day
Create a meal plan for the next day eg breakfast bread and eggs,
Lunch sandwich
Dinner steak with veggies and potato’s

Writing every day’s plan and a weekly first day of the week. Having a routine for things we almost forget or need to increase the speed in answering questions. Waking up soon. Decreasing usage of social media.
