I started getting up with a better mood, i placed my alarm far from my bed and started drinking a glass of water
...Does this mean all screens? Like iPad iPhone tv and laptop into one? Because i watch TV to relax before bed (TV is in the lounge room so I still have to walk to my room afterwards) I’m disciplined with only watching one episode. Then disconnect is i just use my phone only for the fabulous app or urgent family messages then put it on silent. Is that enough?
If watching tv make you relax then it’s okay, it’s not about using iPad and iPhone or tv, it’s about wasting your time

Before we go to bed. For me, disconnecting before we go to bed will help us sleep immediately, leave worriness, blue light etc.
