Pe mine strechingul m-a ajutat pentru că ma relaxează extrem de tare. E foarte plăcut să fac gimnastică și mi-ar fi plăcut să merg de mică la balet, dar părinții mei nu m-au lăsat. Astfel, prin stretching și gimnastica îmi satisfac dorințele într-o anumită măsură.
Stretching definitely helps my body out a lot in the morning. I had two C-Sections between 2019-2020 and my body hasn’t been the same since. I’m not too afraid of weight gain and things of that sort because I’m comfortable with my weight. I do want to take better care of my health and overall body while I’m young. There’s no reason my legs should have hurt this morning while stretching. I’m too young and need to take my youth back!
