I’ve found that since I’ve been doing the fabulous routine my own routines have fallen out of line. Should I stick with the fabulous routines because they’re healthier or do you think I should get rid of it altogether? I do need help to establish habits into my routine, but at the moment I’m not meditating or doing my morning pages, because I’m just going with what the app says first, then doing them if I have time afterwards. Is it worth sticking with the app do you think? It would be healthier…
