How do you connect your daily exercise with your life purpose? How do you make it deeply meaningful rather than a superficial ‘self improvement’ task to do?

For me, I find I have to put exercise within the context of doing what’s good for the vessel I reside it. It’s almost like taking my body out for a joy ride. At this point in my exercise, I almost exclusively walk and/jog on a walking pad at home or out in my neighborhood. My experience is less about “what can I accomplish next with my body?” And more about “wow, it’s sure nice to be outside in nature while inside my body.” That mindset is what makes me want to exercise more often, and actually look forward to exercise.
