What do you think is a way for you to not break a habit? I’m asking this because before the pandemic happened, I actually have a legit set of things that I always follow. I wake up at 4am in the morning, prepare for school, have breakfast, and then go to school. However, after finding out about this app, it really made me realize that what I was doing before was not a Habit (in my opinion) but an obligation. You see, if there was no school (face-to-face interaction) I wouldn’t be doing any of those. However, even if I did manage to obtain a habit, and the same thing happened, I don’t want to go back to that type of setting anymore, which is why I’m on this app to get me back on track even without going to school before Covid days. I’m afraid that if something were to happen that could possibly disrupt my habits in the near future, I would go back to zero again.
