I eat eggs or oatmeal almost every day and I don’t like peanut butter. Any more healthy high protein options out there?

you shouldn’t eat egg yolk everyday if you’re an adult. You’d better change it to 3 times per week. instead, eat healthy fruits, milk, plain bread or tea in the morning.
