Vegan banana oatmeal
Ingredients:
– 1 ripe banana
– 1/2 cup rolled oats
– 1 cup plant-based milk (such as almond, coconut, or soy milk)
– 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave nectar
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
– Pinch of salt
– Toppings of your choice (such as sliced fruits, nuts, seeds, or coconut flakes)
Instructions:
1. Mash the ripe banana in a bowl.
2. Add the rolled oats, plant-based milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything well.
3. Microwave the mixture for about 2-3 minutes or cook on the stovetop over medium heat until the oats are cooked and the mixture thickens.
4. Once cooked, let it cool for a minute, then add your favorite toppings.
5. Enjoy your delicious and dairy-free banana oatmeal!

I LOVE avocado toast. A good sourdough bread toasted how you like it with fresh avocado spread on top. I always put everything but the bagel seasoning ontop, it adds a perfect flavor combination
