Can you suggest a great breakfast recipe?

Isadora F.
Of course. I have a good breakfast with fruits and integral bread. I stopped to drink coffee in the morning, because it gave me anxiety.
Nolhan T.
I'm always in a hurry so I grab a banana, some nuts & a boiled egg, but to mix it up I'll have some yogurt with frozen blueberries. Whatever it takes to have a great day.
Patsy P.
Oatmeals are great for breakfasts because they give you a lot of energy for the morning and also fruits to stay healthy.

Take a piece of toast, butter it on one side, then place it butter-side down on a microwave safe plate. Beat 1 egg. Add salt and pepper to the egg. Polk the bread with a fork all over to create holes. Slowly soak the egg into the piece of the bread. When all the egg is on the bread, microwave for 1.5 minutes.

One scoop Puris Organic Pea Protein powder with pink salt and 1.5-3 tablespoons Manitoba Organic Hemp Hearts blended in Vitamix with 8oz water to make milk. Add 1/2-1 cup warmed blueberries and cinnamon to make a porridge or blemd it all to make a protein shake. I add romaine lettuce to provide extra fiber and give my mouth something low calorie to chew on.

A good recipe is to have an equal amount of all nutrients. Wheat, protein, and veggies/fruits are my main focuses in the morning for breakfast. Bagel with bacon and a banana for example.

Yes, one of my families favorites is mini corn breakfast quesadillas. So I get chicken sausage (ground up) and cook it until done, then I scramble eggs, and use those two cooked ingredients plus a little shredded cheese to put in my corn quesadilla. I always serve this with a yummy and healthy smoothie bowl made with açaí berry kale and spinach packs. We like to add a banana and some coconut milk with chia seeds to top it.

The simplest but also highly nutritious ones I use are avocado on toast, omelettes, scrambled eggs, and occasionally smoothies. These are all super fast and easy to make and you don’t need many ingredients.

Scrambled eggs and rice.

You'll need boiled rice ( non-sticky verities) eggs, onion, green chillies, salt , mustard oil and ghee.

First, wisk the eggs, chillies, onion and salt. Heat the pan with oil and scramble.

Then add the rice and mix. Taste for salt, you can also add spices to your taste.

Before turning off the heat add ghee. The ghee is optional but will ligh up your day.

Somethings I have been making everyday is 1.Pizza toast and 2. A simple breakfast burrito?
For the pizza toast you'll need:
-Onion
-Tomato sauce or ketchup
-Bell Pepper
-Bread
-Cheese
-Thin Meat slices (Your Choice!)
Spread the ketchup on the bread and after cutting the bell pepper and onion into thin slices place it on the bread along with the meat slices and then place your cheese! Microwave it for about 1-3 Minutes and enjoy!
2. Breakfast burrito
-Eggs
-Fish or Meat (Bite size)
-A crunch wrap
-A condiment/sauce of your choice.
Scramble the eggs before putting the meat into a pan to cook. After it's fully cooked mix the sauce with the food then place it on the wrap and wrap it up but if you can't that's okay I usually eat it on a plate.
Hope you find it useful, and have a great breakfast.
Teot Nio S.
I can suggest a wonderful breakfast! I get a nice healthy nut bread. I take one piece and I spread some tomato and basil hummus on top after toasting it. Then, I add a whole, small avocado. Put a little pepper on top (and sometimes everything bagel seasoning). After, I’ll fry up an egg or hard boil some the night before and there you go! The perfect breakfast! About 17% protein, 36% carbs, 47% fat! But it’s good fatty foods that will give you energy and focus for a good amount of the day!
Alexandra Z.
Porridge with fruits. It's easy to do, there are lots of recipes and variation online and is a healthy and tasty way to start the day. The basic recipe is: mix one part oat with 2 parts of liquid (milk or water) and let it boil until is homogeneous and thick, mix it from time to time to not stick. Let it cool and add fruits of your liking, honey or maple syrup, some cinnamon, yogurt if you want etc.
Neide Q.
Fruit is always a good start. I often Cut up some fruit, and add it to my bowl of skyr.
Sometimes i make scramble eggs, and eat it upon rye bread. Delicious and a good amount of protein.

I work really early shifts and sometimes they are later in the day, so I love having a breakfast bar for the early morning; porridge for the cold mornings and scrambled eggs when I want a change.
Eug Nia Q.
A fruit salad is a great way to start your day. I usually buy apples, oranges, bananas, and grapes. Once you dice everything into edible bites. I put honey on it, but the secret is lime juice it prevents the fruit from turning brown and adds a tarty taste to compliment the sweet honey.😊

Acai bowl recipe
Metric

1 banana – sliced and frozen
½ cup blueberries – frozen
½ cup strawberries – frozen
¾ cup milk or juice – use your favorite milk (dairy milk, soy, almond, etc) or juice (apple or grape)
½ cup plain yogurt – (substitute with milk or juice if desired)
200 grams (2 packets) frozen acai puree – broken into pieces
assorted toppings – nuts, seeds, fresh fruit, granola, coconut, etc.

Instructions : Freeze your fruit. Slice your banana and transfer it to a small baking sheet or plate lined with parchment paper. To the same plate, add the blueberries and strawberries (store-bought frozen fruit will work just as well). Transfer tray or plate to the freezer and allow the fruit to freeze completely.
Blend. Once frozen, add the milk and yogurt to the bowl of a large, high-speed blender with a tamper (see tips and tricks). Add the frozen blueberries, strawberries, banana, and broken up acai. With the blender on low, use the tamper to push the frozen fruit down, mixing around as much as possible. Continue to blend on low until smooth, only adding additional liquid when needed.
Assemble. Divide the smoothie into two bowls and top with all your favorite toppings. Best enjoyed immediately (because it will melt).
Are Acai Bowls Healthy?
We know that acai is good for you, but what about acai bowls?

This depends on a number of factors with the three most important being: topping choices, topping amounts, and overall serving size.

With no toppings, one serving (or one acai bowl) will contain approximately 250 calories, 10 grams of fat, 30 grams carbohydrates, 7 grams fiber, 20 grams sugar, and 7 grams protein. Normally I would question anything with that much sugar, but knowing that it either comes from fruit or milk, I’m ok (you will have to decide this for yourself). Calories aside, the vitamins and minerals in this single bowl pack a huge punch.

The Bahamian Light
Add water to a pot. Put a 3rd of the amount of grits to the water. Let it boil. While boiling add a teaspoon of salt and a tablespoon of butter or to your desire. Stir to prevent the grits from sticking. Grits should be fluffy with a light salt taste. Grits should not be grainy or have huge lumps

You can have your choice of fried sausage, steamed tuna or corned beef.

Willard N.
Bacon, paired with two slices of bread, a slice of cheese, and a delicious egg. All air-fried to the perfect brown crispy flavor bomb.
Marcus W.
Two hard boiled eggs along with a vegetable salad with right amount of greens, which is in turn stuffed in between a sandwich makes a breakfast with high protein and medium to adequate levels of carbohydrates.
Ari F.
Something I love to make when I don’t have time or ingredients is a banana cereal. I just cut the banana in slices, add the milk and that’s all.
Waldin Lia Z.
I love a good oatmeal! Put 4 or 5 kitchen spoons of oats in a pot and add water to cover them all up. You can add chia if u want! Then cook like 5 minutes since it starts boiling. When there's like 3 minutes left you can also add coconut milk. When it's ready, add some fruits, I love how kiwi, mango and banana taste with the oatmeal. Add healthy musli and some nuts if you want to. Hope you'll like it!
Maureen B.
I take a fruit (kiwi, apple, clementine…), a juice (apple usually), then a piece of bread or gingerbread! Also sometimes a yogurt!
When I have the time to buy it, I combine it all with a healthy muesli that I mix in yogurt and I add fruit pieces!
Sherri N.
I am unable to eat bacon due to an adverse reaction to one of my meds, can anyone please suggest an alternative to satisfy my crunch cravings? I usually have some mandarin oranges and toast. Or yogurt. Help!

A great breakfast option for me if i have time is some homemade flapjacks and scrambled eggs

Eugene U.
My go to breakfast recipe that I found was great was eggs, sourdough bread and a smoothie or fruit on the side. It’s quick and easy. Never disappoints.
Chelsea Y.
I love to have smoothies in the morning you can get a smoothie cup so you fill all the ingredients in, in the morning and the next day you can wake up and drink it on the way to school/work
I personally love Bertie smoothies so a recipe for that could be berries, yogurt, honey, milk
Dorothea X.
Avocado Toast
Just mash up avocado and feta (measure whatever ratio your heart desires) and add a squeeze of lemon juice. Toast your bread and add the avo mash on top. Serve just like that or with cherry tomatoes and balsamic vinegar.

Thibault S.
I like to have granola, yogurt and berries for breakfast and I get it all from Tescos. If you are vegan, instead of yogurt you can put almond/oat milk as an alternative. I have tried both and I think that they both work great!!
Olivia P.
Baked oats are great for the colder mornings.
A quick blend of oats, milk, an egg (baking soda optional) and some flavourings (cocoa powder, cinnamon, mashed banana, chocolate chips, vanilla essence)- then pop the mixture into a little ramekin or mug. 15 minutes in the oven or 2 minutes in the microwave.
Nica Q.
Honestly, I like the basic stuff.
Avocado toast! Use half of an avocado, mash it up in a bowl. Then add lemon juice, salt, pepper and red chillie flakes. Spread this on a slice of toasted sourdough. In a pan, pour some olive oil and fry an egg to your liking. Add this egg onto your toast and then I like to add a hot sauce either siriracha or tobacco, whatever I have on hand.
It’s quite a simple recipe but it always hits the spot!
Meleana Z.
i am obsessed with bacon and egg breakfast sandwiches. take some bacon and a fried egg and put it in between some toast. you can add lettuce or tomatoes and if your even hungrier smoothies are amazing.
Romarilda Z.
Palm Sugar Bread!
– Palm Sugar
– Butter
Put some butter on a bowl and put palm sugar in it and mix!
Spread the mix to your bread and panfry it, you don't need to add butter anymore on the pan.
Noir S.
I personally love my eggs in the morning and one of my favorite things is a good breakfast burrito. I scramble 2-3 eggs with chopped onions sautéed in butter for 2 to 3 minutes before you put the eggs in. I season the eggs with salt, pepper, a bit of garlic, and I love a little smoked paprika. After you mix all the dry ingredients into the eggs you can add a little milk or heavy cream to make the eggs extra fluffy. Add the eggs the the sautéed onions and cook them to your preferred temperature. You can add a little cheese if you so please. After your eggs are cooked heat up a tortilla your preferred style (on the stove, in the microwave, etc.) after you’re done cooking you can add your eggs to the tortilla, then slice up some avocado and add it to your burrito. Add a sauce of your choice I like hot sauce but you can use whatever you like! That’s all thanks guys 🙂
Andres X.
I like to just grab breakfast in the morning so I like to make my breakfasts beforehand. Mini blueberry and oat muffins are a favorite of mine as well as chocolate chip and oatmeal cookies.
Franklin O.
Something simple but packed full with flavour: avocado and eggs on toast with a twist!

I smash up an avocado with fetta cheese, red onion, shredded chicken and a dash of Lemon juice. I then spread it thickly on 2 pieces of wholemeal toast, top with a handful of rocket and then two cooked eggs (I cook the eggs however way I'm feeling that day). Lastly sprinkle some salt and pepper and done!

A delicious healthy breakfast meal packed with flavour!!

Jackie F.
a healthy cereal, or you can make avocado toast. For this just get a peice of toast, spread some avocado on it and then put an egg yolk on top!! delicious
Francesco I.
What I'm sticking to recently is an egg cooked on a pan with either bread or bio Mais cakes.
Then I separately take some Skyer (which is a type of proteic yogurt) with some proteic pudding and blueberries/raspberries.
Finally I eat some almonds and a fruit (usually apple, cucumber or banana).
Coffee and you ready to go!
Kelly C.
I like simple breakfasts since I tend to work pretty early in the morning. My go to is a bowl of oatmeal with some milk, brown sugar and maple syrup with a banana. The oatmeal is full of fiber and keeps me full as I work in the mornings while the brown sugar and maple syrup help me satisfy my sweet tooth. I generally don’t want anything else that’s really sweet throughout the day if I have a bit of sweetness at breakfast. And I just happen to like bananas, so breakfast time is an easy way to get my banana fix for the day.
Maxine E.
Quick oats with fruit(s),nuts (or nut butter!) with milk or yogurt! Eat it cold with yogurt, hot with milk as porridge. Cold with milk in a blender as smoothie. Add a tablespoon honey if you prefer sweeter. Add cinnamon or vanilla for extra flavour. It also can be plant-based. Try your own combination. It’s versatile and and easy to prepare breakfast. Enjoy !

I think that eggs and some kind of bread will be great and if you don’t like eggs then try something new! I find eggs easy and fast to make and I love them but there are people who do not so keep trying something until you find it making you happy. Cereal is also another easy and fast one.
Regina E.
If you have leftover taco/pasta sauce make a toastie with lettuce, tomato, cheese and anything else you want, it's delicious, quick, easy and healthy.
Marit F.
Yess!! I do!!! And I highly recommend it. You're going to need two buttered toasts, 1/2 an avocado, and one egg. Mash the avocado while adding a pinch of salt, divide it in two parts equally and then spread each one on top of the two toasts. After that, fry your eggs as you like it, I like it scrambled. When it's done, divide the quantity in two parts and spread each one on top of the avocado. Serve and enjoy!!
Oscar O.
Tofu scramble! It’s easy, quick, and nutrient-dense. Just take some extra firm tofu, rinse and drained. Sautee, crumbled, in a pan with your favorite veggies, cheeses, and anything else you’d like. Add some nutritional yeast for a vitamin boost and serve with your favorite salsa or hot sauce.
Wojciech E.
Overnight oats! My personal recipe is 2 parts oats to 3 parts milk, and 1 part yogurt because I like mine soggy. I sometimes also add a teaspoon or 2 of chia seeds.
Its a quick and easy breakfast that you can jazz up with fruit of your choice or add any nut butters or honey to taste!
Regina J.
Eat a big breakfast. It gives you a lot of energy throughout the day and you have the strength to get through it.
Youghurt with berries, maybe jam, cereal and so on. Fruits.
A glass of juice and then maybe water.
A sandwich with whatever you like on it.
And enjoy it!
El Na E.
I like overnight oats soaked in almond mild with chia seeds and maple syrup, then I like to add chopped apples and almonds with a sprinkle of cinnamon right before eating

I recommend going online for some banana bread recipe’s, the one is know will need 2-3 ripe bananas, 1/3 cup of melted butter, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, I pinch of salt, 3/4 cup of light brown sugar, 1 large egg, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1 and 1/2 cups of all purpose flower. Preheat the oven to 350°F, and butter a 8 x 4-inch loaf pan. Cook for 55 – 65 minutes! Add in 1/2 a cup of muted or dried fruit in you please! 🙂
Kara R.
Eggs and oatmeal are always a great breakfast! For the eggs, I like mine fried. I let one side of the egg cook, and then I flip it. I add oregano to my eggs because it gives more flavor. You’d think that oatmeal would be simple. But I like to add toppings. I eat plain oatmeal, then I add assorted nuts, strawberries, and one spoonful of yogurt on top.
Grit Q.
If you want something lighter, you can eat some greek yoghurt or plant-based yoghurt (soya, coconut, etc.)with a fruit of choice (banana, rasbierres, strawberries, kiwis, etc.)and a little bit of granola/nuts/cereal (optional:a drizzle of honey). But there are also other options like an avocado toast with eggs/salmon on top, oats with fruit/granola/nut butter/etc. ,breakfast burritos, peanut butter and jam toast, scrambled eggs, fruit salad (just some fruits mixed together, waffles,a smoothie (bowl) and that‘s it 🙂
Brandon N.
I think the best breakfast is simply scrambled eggs. 2 or 3 eggs seem to last me until lunch time most day, plus they are delicious and easy!
Maria S.
Boiled Eggs as simple as that for non vegetarians and fruits for vegetarian. If having enough time then stick to homemade food rather than packed. Like Chapatis, Upma etc

First have a tablespoon of good quality healthy peanut butter, protein slows down, the digestion of sugars I believe. Then Yogurt with fresh berries ,fruit , sprinkled with pumpkin seeds. If you do not have fresh fruit a good alternative is fruit canned in its juices, such as raspberries .Some people like canned prunes.

Nasser Q.
A healthy bread of choice (like Dave’s killer buster Good Seed with bigger slices) + peanut butter (with only peanuts and maybe sea salt) + bananas + chia seeds
Mandy F.
Yes actually! I usually make a breakfast comprised of rice and eggs. It can be paired with any kind of vegetable or hearty options filled with protein to get the day started. It is also somewhat light and easy to control the amount of carbs in a serving.
Sarah N.
I started to eat protein in my breakfast like egg with some oats And banana with peanut butter also I drink a lot of water with it 🤍
Savannah F.
I have two excellent recipe options! The first is eggs, they can be quick and easy, as well as super customizable. I add mushrooms, spinach, peppers, cheese, avocados, and hot sauce to mine. Another great option for if your in a hurry (or a night owl like me) is overnight oats. You prep them the night before and they are quick to just grab and go in the mornings! You put rolled oats in a sealable jar, then add yogurt, milk and a splash of vanilla. This is also something that you can customize to your liking. You can add fruits like bananas or raspberries. You can even add peanut butter or jellies! There are many alternative recipes online. I like using diary free coconut yogurt.
Tommaso P.
I usually eat bacon and scrambled eggs, just heat some oil put the bacon in it for 1 minute and then add an egg, it will be ready in 15 seconds
Taylor R.
I like a simple breakfast that doesn't require too much effort or time. My go to breakfast is oatmeal and eggs :
-1/4 steel cut oats (quick oats are good too) – cook as directed on package
-small handful of blueberries
-use water to cook your oats and add a tiny bit of cream at the end.
-1/4 tsp of monk fruit sugar(or your fav)
-sprinkle of cinnamon

-2 eggs cooked to your preference.
Today I made scrambled eggs.
-butter in skillet on 6 heat
-diced onions added first(omit if you'd like)
-after 2 mins, Crack eggs into skillet and scramble gently using a soft spatula or spoon. Continue to flip and scramble gently until you get the consistency that you like. Turn off heat. Add salt or seasoning and cheese if you want.

Hey, I usually eat oats for breakfast. You should try to make them soft by pouring boiling water on them, then add some joghurt and fruits or anything you like.
Hans Theo N.
Chia seed pudding is amazing….. It keeps you full for a long time and it is also a great energy booster. All you need is a pack of chia seed from your nearby store, milk, and fruits… Then you add the chia seeds to the milk and leave it in the refrigerator overnight. You will have a delicious thick pudding for the morning, add your fruits and maybe even yogurt and enjoy!
Pedro U.
Thanks for asking, to me if I am rushing protein shake or a protein bar would be good enough, but if I have the time, I would make an avocado toast w my coffee or tea, simple yet filling. What about you? Even tho I might not get your answer, but I hope you’ll think about it and enjoy your own great breakfast recipe as well 🌟
Melissa O.

Breakfast can mean different things to everyone. What you want will always depend on your preferences as well. For me, I start with a carbohydrate to build on- like bread, porridge, museli or cereal. Then add some fruits or vegetables to the side- one serving for fruit and two for veggies. Then add some dairy in (if you can) such as yoghurt or milk. Last, add something either with lots of protein or something with unsaturated fats, like eggs or meat, or peanut butter
Sayani P.
A quick and easy breakfast recipe : a drink made with Bengal gram flour. All you have to do is to add the flour in the water, add a little bit salt and lemon juice if necessary and drink it. Natural source of protein. Also, it's plant based hence, it's vegan friendly. It'll boost your energy. It also helps in losing fat.
Lyudmila N.
Eggs, toast and cheese. Or oatmeal with fruit and nuts. Another favourite of mine is buckwheat with fruit and a little honey.
Jen Z.
I really love oats overnight (the brand) they have so many flavors and the ease of grabbing and going and enjoying on the go is unbeatable!
Jonathan Z.
Eggs are the important meal for breakfast and also some carbohydrates, like rice, noodles, cereal, or bread are the main for a great breakfast. I wouldn't forget about apples or any kinds of fruits, the starter before I ate my 'heavy' breakfast
Morgan U.
There is nothing better than a good eggs Benedict with a fruit cup on the side. You get every food group in one delicious breakfast.
Laura Y.
I always eat something that has fruit in it, or that you can eat fruit with, it’s very healthy for you and boosts your energy. A fruit salad or yoghurt with fruit has always been right for me.
Jack W.
Avocado toast! 1/2 Avocado (mashed), 1/2 lemon juice, a bit of salt and sourdough bread! Add 3 egg whites if needed/wanted for protein. Add a side of banana for a bit of sweet fruit.
Lucile C.
Smoothie! 1/4-1/3 bag/box frozen spinach, blend with 16 oz coconut water, add 1 cup frozen fruit and 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder, blend. Can't taste the spinach and blending it alone first makes it smooth!
Madara N.
French Toast
Milk, eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla, which get whisked together. Use challah, a sweet and eggy loaf, as the base for our classic french toast recipe, but you can use any bread you have on hand. Once the slices are pan-fried to the perfect golden brown, you can top it with anything you like
Anna Q.

I normally make two prices of avacado toast but if we don’t have either one of those ingredients then I eat a piece of fruit or go somewhere out and eat. Whenever I am in school then I make eggs in the morning while I am getting ready but if I do not have time to do that then I get one or two protein bars to eat on the way to school.

Ok so there are a lot of choices for a healthy breakfast. I want to eat clean so that’s what I normally eat. You can try chocolate porridge it’s free in the pam app try it it’s amazing no sugar no anything you can also try avocado toast with 2 boiled eggs and if you don’t have much time get from your local supermarket some cereal with no sugar and get the ones that the nutrition grade is A that means it’s very healthy and you can eat the cereal with plant milk such as soy milk almond milk coconut milk oat milk and more or you can eat the cereal with some no sugar yoghurt i prefer greek yoghurt. I hope you like my ideas tell me :)) or you can make a healthy smoothie with fruits as banana-apple or spinach-kiwi something like that. That was a bonus !!! Thank u

Tofu and rice (optional egg). I like grilling my tofu. I think it cooks best like that. So I take jasmine rice and cook it. While I marinate some tofu in taco esque seasonings. When the rice is done I, I Sautee onions and then add them to the rice. I grill the tofu and sometimes fry an egg as well. I put all the ingredients into the pan and let them brown a little before putting them on a plate and eating!

Since almost a year we are eating breakfast in the form of tapas.
We eat bread with olive oil and black salt, walnuts, kalamata (or other) olives, blue cheese (our fav is one German type). There is always lots of vegetables: cucumber, tomatoes, and my personal favourite turnip cabbage. It differs depending what is on sale and what we have craving for. I’m always happy for this meal!

I've been doing one egg and slice of Canadian bacon and a little cheese on a fiber rich tortilla in the morning. I make sure to set aside enough time to make it and sit at the table to eat it. Sitting to eat psychologically is better than eating on the run.

I love to switch it up when I can so I don't get bored of the same food and I'm always trying to incorporate a variety of colours so it doesn't only look appealing but also fun to make. Eggs make a great breakfast item as theres so many ways you can make it and can even add it to many recipes; full of protein too, to help start the day right!

Take a piece of bread and cut a circle hole in the middle of the bread place the bread on your frying pan then crack in egg in the hole of the bread and fry it up:)

I love oatmeal with yellow & regular raisins, apple pieces, cranberries & pieces of Banana. You can make a whole pot at one time & reheat throughout the week. I add the apple pieces & Banana at the very end. Lastly I add a little bit of brown sugar. I use a local brand oatmeal in Seattle called Snoqualmie falls. You can omit or add in any fruit you want really but sturdy fruit that doesn't completely fall apart or have too much moisture works the best.

I can recommend fruit bowls, fruit is heavy enough to where I’m not too hungry for lunch. Usually I put in whatever I have. Peaches, bananas, raspberries, blueberries is what I had today I cute them up and put them in a bowl with a fork: it’s light but filling enough to tide me until lunch

Hard boiled eggs, nuts and fruit are good, but If you are in a rush to go somewhere, you should have a bowl of nuts ready so you can gulp down a handful before you go
Derek B.
Coffee, a hard boiled egg, 1banana or 4 dates.. it’s easy and fast to make.. it’ll keep you strong and full for at least three hours!

Avocado toast! It’s really simple to make. You just smash an avocado, grab some shredded cheese, toast two pieces of bread, stack and boom!

Over night oats – my personal favorite is 1/2 cup oats, 2 tbsp chia seeds, a spoonful of cream cheese, a little sweetener (your choice), and some frozen strawberries. I put it all in a mason jar and cover it with milk then I have breakfast ready for me in the morning!

For me a good breakfast during the work week is an overnight oats recipe, there are many out there and you can tailor it to your needs and liking. It’s a great way to start your day with fruits or berries, protein powders, cocoa, nuts. The options are endless.

I make a big batch of overnight oats every sunday night to last me the whole week. My recipe varies and I usually just add whatever I have lying around that would be good in it. For a week’s worth I start with 2 cups of milk, 2 cups of oats, and 2 bananas. Everything else I add is an estimate, I don’t use measurements. Cinnamon, nutmeg, a tiny bit of agave or honey, various nuts and seeds, nutritional yeast, wheat germ, and sometimes other things but mostly that’s it. I mix it all together in a container and put it in the fridge and heat up a bowl of it every morning for myself. It’s really good and it keeps me from eating unhealthy things for breakfast like cereal.
Sara B.
I personally love to make a breakfast skillet, with scrambled eggs, diced potatoes, bacon bits, and light shredded cheese sprinkled on top. An optional variation would be to add in cooked vegetables such as diced onion.
Jose Z.
My favorite on a calm weekend is french toast with strawberries and greek yogurt. Another brunch-food that I love is avocado toast with poached eggs and chili flakes. Granola bars are great for school morning.
Luka Q.
I recommend a full on English breakfast (toast, eggs and beans et cetera) if this is not what you want, you could always try porridge with banana. Both of these options are healthy and filling, keeping you going for most of the day.
Nuhad X.
Um, I, actually don't make breakfast, my mom makes it for me. Some day I eat a "ruti", with an egg ( fried on fry pan without oil) , and sometime with meat or vegetables. But sometimes I eat rice with various curries , beef, and an egg fry (no oil) .
Gabor O.
I usually make two eggs with thyme, salt, pepper and sliced veggies like spinach, carrots, bell peppers and tomatoes. All that and a splash of any kind of milk to make it richer. Fry it and put it on some rye bread and add some Chipotle sauce. That's it!
Nelson Q.
Whole grain cereal with fruit or peanut butter is my go to. Long lasting energy throughout the day. Hit this breakfast just before or after a workout for a great recovery as well.
Lilly U.
Avacodo toast and you can add tomatoes and eggs you can also spread Nutella on bread and put bananas or strawberries on it

There is lots of places online you can find recipes for overnight oats.

Try making them in jars pre portioned and your breakfast will be ready in the mornings.

I’m really simple with my breakfast. Nothing beats scrambled eggs, avocado, and toast. Sometimes I’ll have weetbix with almond milk, protein powder, yogurt, and grapes
Grace T.
Yogurt bowls are my go-to favorite. They're so cheap and easy to make. They make the perfect breakfast if you don't have a lot of time in the morning and don't have the budget for expensive meals. Their are tons of recipes online and they're all super easy to make!
Zemira O.
A good breakfast recipe is the ' fish and tuna salad' one of my favorite ones I don't remember the full recipe but it is good

Of course!! One of my favourite breakfast recipe is one banana with one apple, as simple as that!!! It is a easy and wonderful breakfast recipie for people in a hurry and it provides you energy for a long period of time!! Right up until lunch!!! 🌈🌍🌻☘️🤓🌿☺️

Steps for a good French toast:
1. Prepare wheat bread (or any flat bread at home, drier ones are better), eggs, milk, and some sugar.
2. On a bowl, mix eggs, milk, and sugar.
3. Dip each bread until all surface slightly soak the milk mixture.
4. On a pan, spread some butter and fry the bread until golden brown on both sides.
5. Serve with whatever fruit you have at home, maybe some jam or honey or syrup. Some hot milk, tea, or coffee. Perfect way to start the day.
Silke B.
1/2 cup of old fashioned oats soaked in 1/2 cup dairy milk + 1/2 cup of water, or 1 cup non-dairy milk. Doesn’t have to soak overnight – a couple hours is good. Microwave a minute, stir, do another 30s or less. Add 1tbsp of ground flax seeds or chia seeds (soaked with the oats) and 1tbsp sunflower seeds or other seed/nut. Add cinnamon and sweetener to taste.

Pair with fruit (Eg. apple, banana, orange) and a protein snack if peckish a short time after, like a boiled egg or 1 more tbsp of seeds/nuts (latter I haven’t tested for satiety).

Well, I think that a good breakfast could be poached eggs on an avocado toast + 150 gr of fruit. Or you can cook pancakes for the whole week, keep them in the fridge and reheat them in the morning, decorating them with fruit, peanut butter, mixed nuts, etc …
Aron Y.
I think you should start with a cheap journal, see if journaling is something you’re really into, and if you are, buy that expensive one you’ve had your eye on!
Kailynn E.
Ooh! I really like stuffed French toast!

Take your normal French toast mix and add vanilla bean ice cream to it, then dip the bread and cook each side then you take mascarpone cheese and straw berries and sandwich them in between the two pieces of French toast then add syrup and strawberries on top! Enjoy🤤

A great breakfast recipe is German pancakes I personally never learned how to make them but my grandma cookie always makes them whenever me and my family go over to her house 4 hours away from our house.
Janice P.
French toastes are very good, i also love scramblet eggs or oatmeals with yogurt and fruits, I sometimes do shakes or sometimes I just eat fruits or vegetables if I am in hurry

I actually don't really cook but I know this recipe.
Ingredients:
2 eggs, oil for cooking and some spices.
First of all break the eggs into a bowl then but the spices you like and mix it.
Get a pan and pour some oil in it.
Pour the mixture into the pan and cook it. Don't forget cheese and fruits and that's it 😋
Carly G.
Bacon egg and cheese sandwich:
3 pieces bacon
2 eggs (cook how you like)
1 slice cheddar cheese
2 pieces bread (or toast)
Kimberly U.
When I'm really hungry in the morning, I like to eat two slices of toast with butter, jam, scrambled eggs and a slice of bacon. Otherwise, if I'm not that hungry, I prefer just a toast with butter and jam or some biscuits. Everything must be sided by a Cup of tea 😉
Gabriel O.
Most definitely!
Protein pancakes (you can omit the protein powder and add vanilla extract):

* 3 eggs
* 30 g whey
* 70 g oats
* 100 g yogurt
* Drop of milk
* Half a teaspoon of bicarb
1. Add it all to a blender and blend until combined
2. Coat frying pan with butter
3. Pour batter onto frying pan
4. Add berries into batter white it cooks
5. As soon as you’re able to flip em, flip em and take em out (don’t overcook)
6. Serve with honey/maple syrup/butter/sugar/cinnamon/more berries

I like to cook some eggs in a pan and pair it with Greek yogurt and a piece of fruit for simplicity. Not that long ago I tried a recipe where I stir fried an apple and an onion and then cut up some pre-cooked link sausage and added it to the stir fry. Wasn't too bad.
Ashley F.
A great breakfast to me is simple and full of healthy fats.
Some scrambled eggs with some nutritional yeast cooked in grass fed butter or coconut oil.
Some avocado with lime, S & P and some cayenne

Or a nice healthy smoothie if I'm in a rush!

Leonard E.
For breakfast, a delicious healthy meal is eggs, toast and orange juice! They all provide nutrients and energy to your body to keep you going for the rest of the day. Just fry up an egg, put some bread in a toaster and pour yourself a glass of refreshing orange juice!
Ruben Q.
For breakfast, I think it's good to keep it simple and easy. Eggs with toast (or rice) and bacon/cornbeef/hotdog is the great for me.
Ticira P.
I like granola with yogurt and fruit. Lots of different possibilities. You can change quantities to match you caloric needs. If you want less sweet, swap ricotta cheese or plain yogurt instead of sweetened/fruited yogurt.
Ashley U.
So I struggled a lot with finding a easy and quick breakfast! I found that boiling eggs the day before is great 😊 also, scrambled eggs with spinach!
Amir F.
Quacamole made with avocados, tomatoes, garlic salt (or garlic powder), pepper, chili and a little lemon juice spread on toast. On the side with some fresh fruit or a smoothie, you can also have some cottage cheese or yogurt. This is one of my favourite breakfasts, i find it refreshing and delicious.
Dj C.
For mornings with not a lot of time the best is fruit or protein bars to eat on the go. For mornings with more time, I fry some eggs to eat with my fruit & smoothie.
Jessica J.
Oat flakes + almond milk (or any milk without lactose to take a break from lactose) + grated apple to make it sweeter (or honey) -> cook it altoghether until thickened, add cinnamon, eat it with any fruits or nuts you like.

I love to make eggs in the morning. It's a great source of protein, gives a great boost of energy, and sustains me till lunch time. I first start off my lights coating my pan with olive oil. It adds flavor and it's pretty healthy. Then I wait until the oil gets really hot and break my egg right on top. This gives the eggs a crispy golden brown edge. Them I add the seasonings, salt, pepper, and oregano. Then I flip it over. I prefer my eggs runny. But if you like it hard, wait a little so it cooks the yolk. Finally I either it eat with toast or just alone!!!
