One thing I discovered (if your stomach is able to handle it) is veggie salad with yogurt. Basically just toss the diced pieces in a bowl and pour an amount of yogurt on it to cover them. (My recent was cucumbers, yogurt, salt, pepper, parsley and dill). This could be a side dish for lunch, but for breakfast, a great topping. Either on whole grain toast or…! On top on a french rolled omlette! The veggies give you energy for the day, if you eat it with eggs for example, it will be a rather fulfilling breakfast. Hope you enjoy if you try it out!
