A color breakfast is a perfectly healthy breakfast. Has a mix between crunchy and soft, hydrating, and sweet and savory. I imagine some beans corn rice, or yogurt with granola and fruits.

A lot of time I choose porridge. I start cooking dried fruits with fresh ones to get the fruit sugar out of itI add some nuts or/and seeds which are rich in protein, than I add the grains(can be oats or polenta, or millet, quinoa, gries), and it’s getting really sweet and I don’t need any other sweet stuff during the day.

The perfect healthy breakfast for me is a bowl of oatmeal with Greek yogurt mixed in and vanilla, a bit of brown sugar or maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice and walnuts as a topping. Then having a sliced juicy honeycrisp apple with warmed up natural peanut butter or almond butter for dipping. I would have cranberry-raspberry juice and coffee with non-dairy milk on the side to drink – after I started my day with a glass of water of course. Then I would take my pills, an important part of any breakfast. If I was still hungry, I would snack on some crisp celery slices and fresh tomato or cucumber slices as well. Sometimes I like vegetables at breakfast, a habit I picked up from my husband.

An apple/banana and some sort of protein (granola bar, nuts). Would like to have oatmeal if I have time, or eggs if I have even more time
