If we're talking habits,I love having my breakfast listening to podcasts, I have a better mood to grasp and reflect on ideas. But if we talk about things I like to eat on breakfast it's always fruits … Smoothies or pancakes with fruits on top.

Protein oatmeal – 1/2 cup oats cooked in 1/2 cup almond milk + 1/2 cup water. Mix in 1 scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder. Top with 1tbsp hemp seeds, 1tbsp PB, 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips (sugar-free), 1 banana sliced, 1/4 cup chopped strawberries, 1/4 cup blueberries
