What exercise should I start with or doesn’t it matter?

i have a struggle with english, so i can't understand the question fully, but i think that i should do sport every day with one day of rest and i shouldn't give up at my hobbies for short videos on Internet.

Start with what your goal is. If you have a target area, for example your abs, then you’d want to work on ab based exercises. Some suggestions would be leg raises, plank variations, and crunches. If you’re looking to lose general weight, then cardio incorporated with target area exercises would be good. It doesn’t matter which exercise you do first (like, it won’t matter if you do push-up’s before jumping jacks).
