How do you get yourself to exercise hard and regularly when you’re traveling, when your routine is completely disrupted?

At first it's not easy…but as I have inspiration to change my self completely and became a better version of myself in this fabulous journey..so I tried hard to make time by waking up at 5 am….
And till 6 am I do all these tasks , fabulous has given me.

The best exercise anyone can do anywhere is walking – that could be a good one for the trip. Or even if workouts like pushups, sit-ups, or star jumps for example.
