Progressive overload. Try to make the exercises harder and harder and use your body weight to make exercises more difficult once you are strong enough, add resistance bands and small weigths

I think that if you do the movements slow, (going down in a push up for 3 seconds and going up in 3 seconds too) it would help you out building muscle, plus focusing in one muscle group rater than multiple can help out. That's what i think it may help you out
