It’s really hard for me to do something I don’t think I need to do. For example bath twice a day, or not eating thrice a day. I know it’s wrong, but after not doing it for months, it became a bad habit. I want to change it, but I still can’t see the bad changes it brings. So I still think it’s not needed.
