Is it more important to get up early and exercise every day, or to get a good sleep?

Getting up early, exercising every day and getting a good sleep are equally important. Please try your best to achieve them all every day, you can do it! <3

Both are extremely important, and one doesn't need to exclude the other.
If you're a night owl, for example, you might want to wake up a little later (if your lifestyle permits that), and train in the late afternoon or in the evening, so to have enough energies.
Also, sleeping a lot doesn't always benefit you.
