Well..
I don't exactly have any kids..
Or any little brothers.
But I do have my studying🙄
I actually take some breaks..
Sometimes dancing and yoga or just walking is my exercise.
And I found that revising for exams is much better and easier when you're exercising

I exercise usually by taking my kids outside and strolling around our neighborhood. Most of the time I enjoy the walks because me and the kids get fresh air.

I have no kids. But the best I can say is exercise with the kids. It gets them tired, gets you tired and reinforces time together. Use your kids as weights, especially if they’re small. I’m sure they’d get a kick out of it. Or, if you have a baby, maybe just do some low intensity exercise (yoga) so you can get that itch scratched but also be able to keep an eye on your baby.
