- Rolled oats boiled in vegetable/chicken stock with seasonings or spices of your choice. Add veggies for even more balanced meal - 1 tbsp Bengal Gram flour in 200ml water, with salt and onion (optional). Keeps you full for hours - Fried egg on veggie toast (doesn’t get sinpler than that) - Toast/ rice with soup (chicken stock + tofu + veggies +seasonings)
