No, I think it is better to work up your appetite and eat after you workout. You could have something small to keep you going but have a big breakfast after.
Before workout works for me as i try to do intermittent fasting too. If i wanna do it after food at least 2 hours should pass.
I say do it after your workout because in that way less pain and you feel a lot more relieved but personally it doesn’t matter or do you do it in.
If you feel good working out without eating, that is ok. We are not all alike. If you prefer, try to eat something really light and eat a proper breakfast after working out.
