1. Some type of fruit, it could be a glass of orange juice with your breakfast or maybe sliced fruits on top of cereal or bread. 2. Some sort of protein to keep you energised until lunch, most cereals have something in them already but if not some ideas are eggs, avocado or bacon. 3. Mindfulness. Eat your breakfast without any distractions and savour every bite knowing that you’re nourishing your body.
Honestly the first major important thing is eating what you want. It could be healthy or unhealthy but you want to enjoy your breakfast! Healthy breakfasts’s can include fruits, veggies, & common breakfast foods like eggs, oatmeal, toast, etc. The last thing is eating at a time that is right for you no matter how early or how late it might be. Breakfast could be at any time that is right for you!
