I usually make over night oats it has a variety of things you can add and it can easily be a to go in the morning when you’re in a hurry. You can personalize it with the things you like the most and also it keeps you full and gives you energy too I recommend. 🙂

First, you should make sure you moderate your breakfast.
Then never exercise immediately after you eat. At least one, or two hours later than you eat.

I usually eat cheese, some fruits, nuts and bread, when I am in a hurry, as they don't have to be cooked and very healthy. Although I prefer to make my breakfast big and full of protein, sometimes I have to eat what is ready. But I never eat unhealthy or half-ready food, because they give a feeling of fatigue and I don't feel myself fresh.
