When I try to meditate there comes lot of thoughts like the pending works and reminders, and the thoughts are changing with such a speed that I can’t even count or understand the amount of thoughts I am having. Thoughts related to the pending works and duties makes me anxious so I can’t concentrate on the process of meditation and I am easily distracted. I can’t sit for long periods, even 3 minutes of meditation feels like so long for me.

One of the questions I’ve always had is... Someone once told me that if I was meditating with music, then I wasn’t really meditating at all! 😦 For me the music is part of therapeutic vibes I get from them. To me, (maybe due to my ADHD) silence can be torture! Having music, nature sounds, or someone’s voice guiding me is a must for me. But is it truly meditating?
