Does anyone know of any good alternatives to focusing on my breathing? I get stressed out when I have to focus on breathing, so I’m trying to find a good alternative I can do when a guided meditation says to be aware of my breath (at least until I learn to be more comfortable)

Instead of being aware of the breath, maybe just focus on one part of the breathing. For example, that gap between inhale and exhale, or the feeling in a certain part of your throat, or the movement of your chest, or the changing temperature of the tip of your nose. Hope I gave you some ideas.
