Hi, I try to do all the cleaning and arranging in the evenning before going to bed, so around 9:30pm I’ll feed the dogs, check the rabbit’s resources, like food and water, and check my hamster’s resources too, but before doing that I put some order in the living room and kitchen, and then go brush my teeth before going to bed, all that usually takes around an hour so by the time is 10:30 pm I go to sleep without looking at the tv, computer or cellphone.
