Do you exercise at least 3 times a week?

I usually do. I do yoga every morning just after I
wake up. But it’s a short practice. However I try todo my long workout (40-50 minutes) every other day. I’m lacking discipline but working on it

I actually exercise every day, a muscle group per day, and a long yoga/stretching session on Sundays, to give myself a little break.
