For people on the go – what is your best option (when you don’t have time to cook eggs or porridge every morning….)

I ll have 2 litres of water and try to take water diet on that day.If it is not possible I ll buy corn flakes while going to office and pour milk from ofc cafeteria and i ll have and finish that day.

I typically go for something small that I can grab and go. I usually end up grabbing an applesauce pouch, a yogurt pouch, a small pre-made snack pack, or all of the above if I’m feeling really hungry.
