When is the best time frame to eat breakfast after the body wakes from sleeping?

For me, I am not hungry in the morning.
So when arriving to work and before the busy day starts in probably the best.
I wonder if a protein shake will do as a meal and save time

When waking up, it's best to have lemon and 0.5l of water to clean the body. Have breakfast after 2h of waking up to stretch the intermittent fasting. Have a balanced breakfast with a fruit, protein and healthy carbs.
