I have this terrible addiction to the store bought Starbucks Vanilla Frappuccinos. Even though I know intellectually that they are full of fat, sugar, and empty calories, my taste buds overrule my rational mind! They taste great, and help with headaches (which are caused by drinking too many of them every day)! I have noticed that by drinking a full 750ml bottle of water in the morning, I am craving them less. Aside from discipline and sheer willpower to stop drinking them (and stop keeping them in the house), does anyone have any suggestions for me?
