I’ve gotten into the habit of going into bed late (way past 12:45am) and it feels unnatural getting in bed any earlier. But one of my upcoming events is very very very important and therefore sleep is vital to me staying sane 😂. I’m aiming for 7/8 hours of sleep (I have to wake up every weekday at 7).
