Actually this is an advice to my self too. I think the best way to stick to your to do list is by talking everything slowly. Don’t star by putting to much things, little steps count as move too! So start by adding little things to do and by the time add more. For example you can just have 2 things in your to do list for a whole week and after that add more 2 things and stuck with them for 2 weeks and you can add more after that! I hope that will help and don’t feel bad about your little steps and your slow walking! Remember the goal is to achieve not to run faster
