I am recovering from a concussion. It’s been a while and I need to get active again, but if I overdo it (elliptical, more than about 15-20 minutes on a bicycle, etc.) I get strain headaches and basically take a step back in my recovery. What ideas do you have for simple, low-impact workouts ranging from 8 to 30 minutes?
