When someone is eagerly waiting to talk to me and I’m trying to work with full focus, I feel bad to keep the person waiting. How do I handle this situation?

I really don’t know how to answer this question. Why are you making the person waiting. Just talking and keep focusing whatever your doing. If some circumstance would make do that….. just waiting until perfect time is coming.

Let your coworkers know that you are working intensively and give them a time(like a schedule when they can talk top you) e.g 'you can ask me anything between 11am and 12am'
