What’s the thing that makes you most grateful or what are you most grateful for?
Gratitude is a powerful practice that can transform your mindset and enhance your well-being. Reflecting on what makes you most grateful helps cultivate a positive outlook and can lead to lasting healthy habits. Consider creating a daily ritual where you jot down three things you appreciate each day. This simple act can foster resilience, boost your mood, and improve your overall quality of life. Embrace gratitude as a routine, and watch how it guides you toward achieving your goals.
Life! I’m ever so grateful to see a new day. I was diagnosed with cancer in 2005. I was 34 with 4 children in elementary school. After a successful recovery some big life events led me back to my hometown where, in 2009 I was again diagnosed with cancer. My oncologist discovered that I was misdiagnosed and thus the treatment was not successful the first time. I went through intensive chemo and a stem cell transplant. It was not easy but I’m here in remission since 2010. No cancer has returned. So I’m thankful for each and everyday I’m above ground. 🙏🏽🥰
