Sometimes its just load of work, i feel i dont have time to practice mindfulness and i go to bed exhausted. Sometimes its just bcz of laziness.
Generally, i am an optimistic person and i always have hope for whats coming, so practicing mindfulness reinforce me.
You just have to repeat and repeat, even of you skip some days, you have to learn to restart again! Its okay to feel ups and downs from a week to another!
