Oatmeal or bacon sandwich is what I have most mornings. Occasionally I go through McDonald’s and get a sausage biscuit or fruit yogurt parfait.

I prefers eggs and umlets. I like protein in my breakfast. I need it to carry me through physical activity throughout the day.

Eggs and fresh juices are two different kinds of macronutrients (protein and carbohydrates) that should be combined in every meal, including breakfast. Try having eggs with a cup of orange juice and a slice of whole grain bread. Avoid sugary foods such as donuts, cookies, cakes, etc. 🙂

Out of that list, eggs and umlets. We have a breakfast dish in Costa Rica called Gallo pintk. Look for it, it's my favorite.

I don’t know what the things are you are asking about, i like cooked breakfast if I’m home pottering about, coffee and breakfast biscuits if I’m on an ‘early start’ (5:30am), and fruit juice with a chunk of cheese for my usual
Chloe Z.
Salty breakfasts for sure 🙂 Eggs (scrambled or omelette) with some vegetables or bread with slices of cheese and / or ham or with fresh cheese (preferably goat cheese) with tomatoes or avocado for example…Warm water with lemon before breakfast and coffee just sometimes.

I prefer the eggs/ omelettes. You can do many things with eggs, in the way you make them. You can also pair them with some fresh fruit or vegetables. It’s also very easy and quick to cook. You get your protein and an amazing breakfast.

eggs and omelettes if i have time. If i’m in a rush, i really like protein shakes with a non-dairy milk to hold me over until i have something to break my IF.

I will usually go for a shake in the morning, made with 1/2 cup oatmeal, protien powder some sort of nut butter, and whatever vegs I have around.

I am not a breakfast person, I prefer to keep it simple with maybe a bowl of cereal or sometimes nuts and other dry fruits
Isaque P.
I prefer eggs or omelets because they’re pretty quick and can be simple to make but they’re still super packed with protein and a good way to start the day!

I don't want any of those. I enjoy my porridge + banana + almond butter. It has high protein and the bannan is upping my potssimum (which I need to increase). Plus its quite quick can be made in batches and yummy.

I usually have some oats in the morning. Its super easy to make and very filling too so i get to feel full much longer. I use organic oats, almond milk, organic peanut butter and some honey. Its super delicious and nutritious. U should try it.

My favorite type of breakfast isn’t eggs and omelettes, since they taste amazing while they’re can fill me up quite a lot.
