What is your strategy for staying grateful?

I think about 3 things I’ve been grateful for that day and wrote them down in notes on my phone. I have so many things listed now that when I start to feel down I look at the list and remind myself of the good things.

Usually for me I try to keep things positive with me and even with everyone else too and also think about good things in your life too.
