It’s common to feel like you’re expressing gratitude for the same things repeatedly. To deepen your practice, try to reflect on specific aspects of what you’re grateful for. Instead of just saying 'I’m grateful for my family,' consider what unique moments or qualities you appreciate about them today. This can help you find new reasons to be grateful and prevent the feeling of settling. Embrace this as a part of your daily ritual to cultivate a richer sense of gratitude.

Sometimes life doesn’t give you new reasons, just to prepare you for a bigger change, or maybe it just want you to remember those settling days as plain as they are. For myself those plain days in my life were the best days I ever had, I just wish I did more fun things in them, I kept worrying about stupid things that never happened. I wish I enjoyed every second of those days and kept a positive attitude towards myself.
