i find this really difficult too. But i researched a bit and some of my favourites are, microwave scrambled eggs, yogurt with fruit (preferably greek yogurt) and smoothie pops that i make my self. But even if you just get a nice healthy cereal that would still be great !

I eat a handful of granola with (plant based) yoghurt, and I drink a cup of green tea with lemon. I like light foods with a little sweetness in the mornings, nothing too heavy to digest, and easy to fix up. Sometimes I bake breakfast bars in the weekend that I eat on the go during the week. And when I’m on holiday I spoil myself a little with chocolate bread or toast and cheese.

I’m not sure if it is absolutely healthy, but here are some examples: just a handful of nuts, roll spinach into a slice of boiles sausage and add some sause (curry, for example) , a piece of meat with vegetables, fried eggs.

First I would suggest buying a few essentials such as oatmeal, protein powder, egg whites, shredded cheese, oatmeal, frozen or fresh fruits (strawberries, bananas, mixed berries, etc), multigrain bread or a healthy bagel variety (low in sugar, fat and not too much sodium). Then you want to combine three macro nutrients: protein, carbs, and healthy fats. For example, 3/4 cup of egg whites with 1 cup of spinach and shredded cheese to for scrambled eggs, one cinnamon raisin bagel, and a tbsp of peanut butter. Or a scoop of chocolate protein powder with a cup of oatmeal and almond milk, a tsp of dark cocoa powder and a handful of almonds or peanut butter; you may also add a calorie free sugar to taste such as stevia or monk fruit.

My breakfast is a 3 part meal. First I eat something that has lots of protein – nachni ladu, protein powder, or sprouts. Second I eat a home cooked meal for love and energy – upma, pohe, kuchkara, poli bhaji, uttapa, etc. Third and most important – I eat one full fruit every day. Sometimes, I also eat a few nuts – almonds, cashews, walnuts, and raisins.

The easiest thing for me to make is a tuna and avocado toast with some Spinach on top. It’s fast, healthy and filling. Make sure to drink a lot of water afterwards.

I typically will go with a flavored light Greek yogurt (it fits into my ketogenic macros well) or 1 or 2 eggs cooked to taste depending on the day. Taste usually scrambled or fried. A little cheese, medium cheddar for me and I am good to go
