In morning I Love to eat fresh fruit like Diospyros kaki, kiwi , apples , cucumber.
I drink 6 glasses of water everyday and I eat fresh vegetables , salad , oats and grains .

I’ve been through a reeducation. To learn eat healtier. So I prefer to eat low carb, no sugar (or minimum possible), grains, salad and vegetables. I do eat less meat as well. You may should consider to go to a nutricionist, so he (she) can give you more precise direction.
