If you’re struggling to think of something you’re grateful for, start small. Reflect on simple things like a warm cup of coffee, a kind word from a friend, or the beauty of nature. Consider keeping a gratitude journal where you jot down even the tiniest moments of joy daily. This practice helps cultivate a habit of gratitude, allowing you to recognize and appreciate the positive aspects of your life. Over time, this can lead to a deeper sense of fulfillment and well-being.

It is impossible. It is impossible for the fact that I have more than the huge part of humanity on this planet. If I happened to forget that and struggled to find something to be greatful for, I remind myself that I have four limbs, I can see, hear and smell. I can talk. I received education. I remember people who live in warzones. I remind myself that I live in peace. Every day I can buy as much food as I want in a shop. I have a warm house. I have a job. I have a family. Even on a darkest day, we always have something.
