I use an app blocker to stop distractions distractions to me are Facebook messages, text messages, emails, TV being on, people coming to the door. Distractions are everywhere so you can’t really eliminate them but you can quiet them down.

I define distractions as things, that prevent me from doing the things I was supposed to do. The biggest distraction for me, is definitely my phone, so I have this app called “focus tree” installed, when I set a time, it blocks all my apps like TikTok, Pinterest, etc. It also keeps me motivated, since you get rewards for focusing.
