Clean water to drink, fresh air to breathe, deep breaths, sunshine, trees, being alive, my own healing touch to rub aches or lay over my heart and stomach, self hugs, smiling at myself in the mirror and reminding myself I’m okay and everything will be okay, having all my abilities, self love, loved ones, animals, imagination, clothes to wear, food to eat, a bed to sleep in, warm blanket, hot tea, a happy memory of something, music!
