What action to you take to work on being grateful?
To cultivate gratitude, start by incorporating a daily gratitude ritual into your routine. Each morning or evening, take a few moments to reflect on three things you are grateful for. You can write them down in a journal or share them with a friend. This practice helps shift your focus to the positive aspects of your life and reinforces a grateful mindset. Over time, this simple action can lead to lasting healthy habits and a more fulfilling life.
Starting by saying out loud, at the start or end of the day, all that I am grateful for and all that made me happy in the day- as small as it may be. Over time you can start writing these things down- making the list as long as possible. When you visualise all the little things that make you grateful and happy you start being more grateful in your day to day life.
