Is breakfast the largest meal you should eat in a day?

I do not think so because breakfast should be a fairly large amount by its standards but I think that lunch and dinner should be the biggest meal of the day because that’s when you use up the most energy to do something like doing sports and going to school (doing a test).

Yeah, not only breakfast, lunch too. You should try to make breakfast and lunch your largest meals of the day. Then you can eat healthier and smaller dinner. Breakfast is important. Having a breakfast can help you to be energetic whole day. Last one thing, if you're used to eating small lunch but big dinner, you should switch the order.
