I sometimes feel like the things I am writing down are not genuine enough because they are so universal, such as the weather was nice. How do you deal with that feeling of doing it ‘wrong’?

I look within myself to find what I am really grateful for. Where as you might write ” I am grateful for the nice weather today”, why are you grateful for it being nice? Did it allow you to do something? Was it uplifting to your mood? Whenever I write something generic I look for the why on a deeper level.
