I feel like a lot of the time when trying to think of something that I am grateful for, my answers are somewhat short & repetitive so I’m not sure I get the full gratification of what it feels like to show gratitude. Any suggestions? What do you do?

I don’t think that that is a bad thing. You know excatly what you are grateful for and you don’t really need to stretch it. If that simple answer is all that you’re grateful for then it’s alright. Quality over quantity as they say😅

You dont have to write down what you don’t actually feel just to fill the blank space. You just need to be grateful about what you did during the day that was worthy. For example, today I was grateful for having the energy to clean up my house and declutter.
