Practice mindfulness by taking a few moments daily to reflect on your surroundings and feelings. Additionally, consider setting reminders to pause and acknowledge what’s going well in your life. Over time, these rituals will help you develop a habit of gratitude, enhancing your overall well-being.
At night, think back of everything you’ve done and start with small things. Examples for me are: the sky was pretty today, I drank water, I played a game on my phone. Small Things like this are what gets you started on becoming more aware of the positives
