How you practice a grateful heart in during routinary days?
Practicing gratitude on routine days can be simple yet impactful. Start by setting aside a few moments each morning to reflect on three things you appreciate. Incorporate gratitude into your daily rituals, such as journaling or sharing with a friend. Consider creating a 'gratitude jar' where you add notes of appreciation throughout the week. By making gratitude a consistent part of your routine, you cultivate a grateful heart and enhance your overall well-being.
I find one SUBSTANTIAL thing to be grateful for. Such as the company of my sisters, my favorite music, not giving up on myself. It helps me remember that things are worth living and fighting for. It breaks me out of a mental loop.
I really think deeply about what has been going on for me and around me the past few days before and really take the time to reflect on how people have helped me, sacrificed for me and also been there for me. I also find that fabulous app sending me reminders and just knowing to tick off that box in my routine really helps me. I really like how it sets a timer for each activity which really helps me focus. ❤️
It’s really simple! At the bed of the day I try to find 3 thing specific to that day not like family or friends (which are super important!). But thing that happened on that day are better! Hope this helps!! ❤️
By carving out time each day, no matter the situation, to reflect on what I’ve gotten through, who helped me get there, and, no matter what’s going on, how much better things ARE than what they COULD be
